Launched on the 1st of October 2021, SOY Finance is a decentralized exchange providing trading, yield farming, and blockchain-based financial services on the Callisto Network blockchain.
According to the team, SOY Finance is the world’s safest decentralized exchange, adhering to industry best practices and adopting the highest level of security and standards:
-Whitelisting of audited tokens.
- Hybrid ERC20 and ERC223 token standard.
- Decentralized insurance.
To date, SOY Finance has processed nearly 2 million transactions for over $70 million in value.
Decentralized Insurance
The decentralized platform ensures that tokens that have been audited through its whitelisting process are insured by its own decentralized insurance fund, guaranteeing users' losses in the event of a hack or software error.
Slofi-Finance is a decentralized exchange managed and operated by Callisto Enterprise.
A decentralized exchange is centrally run and this is the mistake that causes the project to fail. Therefore, we will propose that Slofi-Finance will transfer the project to be managed by the community, because the community is the one who spends money for the project to mobilize ICO, so the community has the right to participate in the project.
Directly transfer SLOFI Token to community wallet at new SOY Token minting block (2024/08/21)
In the past at block 14,186,359, the developer minted new SOY-Token. So on behalf of the community, we propose to take the SOY-Token balance at block 14,286,359 and take a screenshot. Then directly transfer SLOFI token to community wallet at the rate of 10000 SOY = 1 SLOFI
Another question is whether the new contract of SLOFI token is 100% decentralized and does the developer have the right to mint new SLOFI token? Therefore, the developer must convert the contract to multi-signature and must have at least 8 to 12 members.

SLOFI.Finance will only launch on a single chain, Callisto.Network (2024/08/21)
Reason: The ultimate goal of the Soy-Finance project is to bring value to CLO, so if SOY-Finance launches on chains like ETC and BTT, there will be no projects that will issue tokens on the CLO chain, and building a Blockchain bridge will no longer be valuable. So removing SLOFI.Finance on the ETC and BTT chains will be very important, focusing on only one chain, CLO

Delete exchange token list: (2024/5/12)
Previously tokens like Shiba-inu were listed on SOY-Finance exchange and the community had a huge liquidity and trading but immediately the developer team removed SHiba-inu from the farm list and replaced it. Continuous changes create policies that cause projects to lose value.
In the near future we will announce the name of the policy maker so the community knows who they are. If they're not talented, get rid of them and replace them with someone better. The listing and delisting will be public, and the community will be able to participate in voting.

SOY-Token Halving (2024/5/12)
To avoid inflation due to too many newly minted tokens during the farming and staking process. We propose SOY-Halving to reduce the reward by half, for example every 6 months it will be Halved, this will increase the value of investors holding SOY tokens.

Increase SOY-Token value (2024/5/12)
When providing Liquidity to the Pool, you will receive back a Liquidity Token equivalent to the amount of liquidity provided. When there is a transaction, a 0.3% fee will be divided among the LPs in the Pool at the time of the transaction.
New policy: Players will no longer receive the 0.3% transaction fee. They will still receive Soy-tokens for farming and creating liquidity.
0.3% Transaction fee will buy back SOY-Token and burn it permanently, this will make SOY-Token increase its value sustainably in the future. Can use 0.25% burn policy and 0.05% fee will go to SOY-Finance treasury

The SLOFI-Finance treasury will be transferred to community management, this is also the proposal that Callisto Enterprise opposed to Dexaran, so it is reasonable for us to introduce this policy.

SOY-Finance will continue to list free exchange tokens in the top 100 to 200 Coinmarketcap for free. This is a list of Tokens required in the SLOFI-Finance exchange, including tokens such as wBTC and wbBTC that will also be listed on SLOFI-Finance. SLOFI is only responsible for protecting the bridge from being hacked, but the right to use and buy and sell any assets will be the responsibility of the investor if they trade at a loss.
